Actions Window Favorites?

I have been using the Actions window and, as I remember, dragging some of the actions to the Favorites part of the window. I can no longer do that, cant drag any of them. Is it I have forgotten how to do it? Or is is not now working right? I am using Ventura OS.

You are right, drag and drop seems to be broken there, I'll investigate.

This reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask. I frequently use an Izotope RX plugin, which I alternate between two presets. I know I can add the plugin itself to the Actions/Favorites menu, but is it possible to do so with a prescribed setting, or only to bring up the plugin window wherever it was last set?

In the Mac Version I can't reorder, remove, add Favorites.
