Suddenly can't use Amadeus Pro on MacOS Ventura

I've been using Amadeus Pro through my Apple Store purchase for several years now and love it. All of a sudden it's giving me an error message when I try to save any track I edit:

"This copy of Amadeus Pro is invalid! The App Store receipt is missing. Please move this copy of Amadeus Pro into the trash bin and redownload it from the App Store."

I've done this twice today and have restarted my computer, but have had no luck. I'm running the latest version of MacOS Ventura (13.0.1) on a 2017 iMac Pro with 64 GB of RAM and a 3 GHz 10-Core Intel processor.

Any advice?

This was a horrible bug, which should now be fixed, sorry about that.

Hi Martin! I have the same problem. I have thrown out Amadeus Pro and redownloaded from the Apple Store and it is happening again. I am now using Version 2.8.10 (2622) of Amadeus and Ventura 13.2 is the OS. Help! Thanks

I am getting the same error message for the last three days. I am on a MacBook PRo on 10.14.6 using Amadeus Pro 2.8.10
I delete my old Amadeus, go to the Apple Store and download a new copy .
It runs for the rest of the next day.
the next day it gives me the same error .
Please advise

I have same problem. Have moved to ventura but cant open amadeus lite. Can you help? thanks

Have you tried first upgrading to the latest version (2.8.13)? You can download it from this link: https://s3.amazonaws.com/AmadeusLite/AmadeusLite.zip.

I'm suddenly unable to use Amadeus Pro on macOS Ventura. The app was working fine before, but now it won’t launch or crashes right after opening. I've tried restarting my Mac, updating the software, and reinstalling Amadeus Pro, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated! I'm hoping for a solution soon. Thanks in advance! whatsapp gold

What about the version at www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip ? If it still crashes, could you please use it to send me a few crash reports? (It should give you that option when you reopen the program after a crash.)
