Hi,
I try to insert 2 seconds of silence at the beginning and at the end as well as to normalize a m4p file (apple losseless). The batch I'm using is:

Select 0 sec at the begining
insert 2 sec of silence
Select 0 sec from the end
insert 2 sec of silence
select all
normalize 0 dB

The normalization seems to work (not sure because original files are close to this value). The silence insertion do not work at all javascript:emoticon('Crying or Very sad')

The batch is wrong javascript:emoticon('Question')

Thanks

Strange. I just tried that on an Apple Lossless m4a file (m4p files
are protected and can't be read by third-party software) and it seems
to work fine... Could you send me the batch processor that you are
using as well as a sample file on which it doesn't work? Regards,

Martin

I am having the same problem described. I want to add 3 seconds of silence to my sound file. I have only two actions in my Batch Processor:

Select 0 seconds from end
Insert 3 seconds of silence

I've run two types of files (AIFF and WAV) through this processor and it does not insert any silence at the end of the file (or anywhere within the file for that matter).

I'm running the latest version of Amadeus Pro (1.3.3).

Any help appreciated.

The version at <http://www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip>
(will be released as v1.4 in about a week or so) should fix that.

Yep, that did the trick. Thanks for the quick response! You saved my bacon on a project I'm trying to finish.
