installation question

I downloaded Amadeus Pro. I dragged the icon to my application folder, and deleted the download. Whenever I open the program, I still get the message that this is a program downloaded from the web, and doI really want to open it. Did I miss a step? Will I always get this message?

You should get it once, and that's it. Note however that this is a
feature of the Finder and has nothing to do with Amadeus Pro itself.
If the problem persists, you may want to ask Apple about it. Regards,
