Can't save edited files any more

Running into a confusing issue. Don’t know if it has to do with the computer or with Amadeus.
On trying to save a file we get these messages.

"An exception was raised. Failed to load save panel accessory views."
"An exception was raised. Controller cannot be nil."

We are trying to do computer fixing but in case it has to do with Amadeus can you tell us what the problem is?
