Burning Tracks on to CD

I have a radio show which I record directly on Amadeus. In order to take a vacation, I want to give them CD's. I want to divide each hour into 2 tracks because we have breaks at the half hour. No matter what I try, I only record the full hour with only 1 track. Could you take me through it step by step?

Think I solved it in I Tunes w/ splitting into 2 tracks

and then burning there. But in Amadeus, I put a marker at the beginning and then in the middle, and for some reason it did split it into two tracks today. It didn't do it yesterday.
