Buttons not working after I apply effect

I just downloaded the Amadeus II trial version to test out. I'm liking what I see so far but one problem.

I open the program and open an MP3 to work on. Once I apply an effect, in this case it was amplify but it also happened when I used Normalize, the buttons along the top won't let me press them. File, edit, selection, sound.... none of them will depress and open the list. I can still use keyboard shortcuts like CMD-S and CMD-O and so on.

I'm using OSX 10.5.4 on a powermac G4.

Thanks for the help, I really like the program but having to open, load, apply effect, CMD-S, CMD-Q, and repeat is a bummer.

Maybe try Amadeus pro?

yes -- I suspect that changes in 10.5 may cause the problem and Martin
stopped supporting AII a while back.

Maybe try Amadeus pro?

I second that. Development of Amadeus II stopped long before Leopard
came out and they are not 100% compatible. Regards,
