1.3 can't save file that 1.2.1 can

I have a couple of large audio files that Amadeus 1.3 freezes while saving out that version 1.2.1 can save just fine. Has anyone else had trouble saving files out of 1.3? The files are nearly 200Mb each so it's gonna be hard for me to provide them, but I guess we could find a way somehow. Or maybe there's a debugging/logging system I could turn on and send you the log from? Please advise.
