Odd repair center behavior

So I've noticed weird behavior in the repair center of amadeus pro.

This is something that has just come up; the last time I used the repair center it behaved appropriately.

At any rate, the problem is that the "preview repaired" function won't actually play the repaired part - playback abruptly cuts off where the repair would occur.

The "preview original" function works fine, playing a good half second of audio. It's only the "preview repaired" function that won't play more than a few frames.

Also, the interpolate feature itself works fine.

A little info: I'm editing 24/96 audio stored as an amadeus file, on my mac pro running 10.4.10.

So does anybody have any idea what caused this change, and what I might do to revert it, so to speak?
