I've had a pile of .wma files given to me. Before I drop the money on Amadeus, will it convert these to mp3/4 or aac, or has all support for Windows Media finished?

Yes, it should be able to open them. To be absolutely certain, just download it from

https://www.hairersoft.com/

and give it a try! Regards,

Martin

Amadeus Pro will save to all the formats you specified in your message. It will also save to Windows Media audio.
