Amadeus Pro 2.3.1 update breaks scroll wheel for zooming

Post by Pierre Igot »

Hi,

It looks like the latest Amadeus Pro update (2.3.1, from Sept. 26) broke something with the mouse wheel.

I am used to using the vertical-scrolling wheel to adjust the horizontal zoom without having to use the slider… But this no longer works. I have a wired Apple mouse with the little ball, and it now only works to scroll to the left or to the right. Rolling the ball up or down no longer does anything. It used to adjust the horizontal zoom up/down.

I am on El Capitan 10.11.6 on a 2014 Mac Pro.

I thought this was broken as well, but you just have to go to Preferences > Advanced and check "Zoom using scrollwheel" to bring it back.

I changed the default value to "off" on purpose since, when it is turned on,
it becomes impossible to scroll vertically when having a document with
sufficiently many tracks so they don't fit into it. Regards,

Martin
