Dear Martin and all,

You may recall some time back when we discussed repairing an issue in which, while recording, it was found impossible to add a marker in to a recording. While one can add a marker by using the tab key while activally and actually recording, one cannot pause recording, add a marker, and resume recording. Is this in work for repair? Many advanced thanks.

PS. also, what about deleting silence from a recording?

Hi, the version now at

http://www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip

should allow you to properly place markers while a recording is paused. Regards,

Martin

I'm also wondering about the silence remover. In gold wave I was able to remove abut 500 gaps in a 2 hour long file in about 3 minutes. I don't want to sit there and split according to marker and remove those by hand. Yuck! I do want a function similar to gold wave so I don't have to start my windows machine and wait 20 years for it to boot. lol! I realize not all of us want or need this feature but it would be a handy one. Only then would I consider upgrading to amadeus 2. Hope all are well.

Take care and be blessed.
