I am running batch jobs for converting FLACS to AIFF. The tracks are ordered in folders in a 2-level hierarchy (Artist > Album).
When I do NOT tick "open folders recursively" the converted files are put at the same level as the original FLACS.
If I tick "open folders recursively" and "retain folder hierarchy" the converted files are put in a separate folder at the lowest level of the folder hierarchy (which is what I want; i.e. to have them all together and not mixed with the originals) AND, additionally, they are put at the same level as the originals. Sometimes there are even subfolders in the newly created folders that all contain the same files. All this results in a multitude of the same files at different places.
Is this a glitch in the batch algorithm? How can I avoid this? Thanks.
