I shot video of a local fire on my iPhone4. It had a lot of wind noise so I opened the movie in Amadeus, reduced the sound levels and saved.
It now appears the .mov file is just the audio part.
Is the file really overwritten or has it been moved elsewhere?

Yes, unfortunately the current version of Amadeus Pro does not preserve theIt now appears the .mov file is just the audio part.
video part of QuickTime files. Version 2.0 on the other hand does preserve it;
please let me know off-list if you are interested in beta-testing it.
