Hello

have been using Amadeus II on OS X 10.4.11 for three years now, first problem ever - Today when I tried to record, I get a message 'Input/Output Error ID = -37' - It does continue to actually record, but it no longer copies the sound file to Desktop, instead it creates an Untitled Sound n (1,2,3..) file - I can rename and save this file to Desktop, it appends the .aiff to the name I select on the text under the icon, normally it doesn't do that - I haven't changed anything in my environment, at least not that I know about, has anyone seen this before? Help will be vastly appreciated - Thanks in advance -

Which function *exactly* are you using for the recording? If it is the "Record To New File" function with "Save while recording" checked, what is the precise filename that you give the recording and are you sure that you have write permissions to the location that you indicate?
Regards,

Martin

Thanks for the response - I saved a recording that was made as an untitled, then it went back to normal on its own - I think it may have been a buffer issue -
