Markers

Post by stevo1 »

Maybe I missed it in the mass of discussion topics, however, I seem to get one extra track when I am trying to convert my cassettes to CDs. It is exactly 6 seconds long and it screws up the changer in the automobile. I have been very careful when marking the various selections and only have about a 2 second gap between selections, with the marker set approximately half way between the end of the previous selection and the start of the next. Any suggestions?[/i]

Are you using the latest version? I seem to recall some rather old version having this problem. Also, you can always test what you will get by using the "Split according to markers" function.

I believe that I mistakenly stated that I got an extra track when I really meant that I downloaded 10 songs, allegedly properly "marked" and when I try to burn to a disk I get eleven. This eleventh is the one that is 6 seconds long.
