"change quality" ignored in batch actions
Convert a batch of files to AAC, applying an action which says to "change quality" to 24 bit, 22.050 Khz. The files resulting from the batch are 16 bit, 44.1 Khz. So the "change quality" action is being ignored.

"change quality" ignored in batch actions
The version at <http://www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip> fixes the sampling rate mismatch. Note however that not all sampling rates are supported by AAC (at the moment, only 22.05, 44.1 and 48 kHz seem to work). Furthermore, the "24 Bit" depth will be ignored by the encoder, so that it will always be decoded to 16 Bit. (More wouldn't make any sense anyway since the loss from the encoding is much higher than the loss from the 24 Bit -> 16 Bit conversion.)
