I am looking for how to export to multiple files from a long file with markers defined. I would like to end up with a CD where I pick the "next track", and it plays beginning at the next marker. Can Amadeus Pro do this? Any work arounds short of cutting at markers and pasting into separate files.

Many roads exist to achieve what you want. The easiest is from within AmadeusPro.
Page 40 of the manual says:
Choose Burn to CD... from the Sound menu. The top part of this dialog allows you to choose which
markers to take into account for splitting the document into tracks. .....(there's more)....
