Amadeus Sound Input Preferences Won't Save
Hello! At our radio station we're setting up Amadeus Pro for our blind volunteers to do audio editing (it's one of the only audio editing software programs that works with the voice over commands so they can navigate it). Because the volunteers are blind it's imperative that the Set Preferences save; but any time the computer is restarted the preferences are lost.
I go to Preferences > Sound > Input > Advanced Settings to change the 'left' and 'right' input to 'Analog - Channel 3' and 'Analog - Channel 4' respectively. This corresponds to the settings to connect to our MOTU soundboard.
After setting these preferences Amadeus keeps the changed preferences... until the computer is restarted.
Is there a step I'm missing to ensure these preferences are set permanently, or is there a way to load up a template that is set to these preferences for new files?

Hi,
when you quit and reopen Amadeus Pro? (The distinction is very important for me
to know where to start looking.) Thanks,
Martin

Do the preferences stick until the computer is restarted or do they already get resetAfter setting these preferences Amadeus keeps the changed preferences... until the computer is restarted.

After the computer is restarted. Opening and closing the program the settings stick, just no after the computer restarts.

Thanks. Could you please send me a copy of your preferences file to
martin@hairersoft.com ? To find it, choose "Go -> Go To Folder..." in
the Finder and enter ~/Library/Preferences/ in that dialog, then look
for the file called com.HairerSoft.AmadeusPro.plist. Regards,
Martin
