DL'ed from App Store, update indicated, AS will not update

Greetings, fellow Amadeus Pro users:

I bought AP from the App Store and was notified that they was a May 25 update. However when I try to download the update, nothing happens. If I download the new version from here and replace my older copy will me registration information still be 'intact'?

I've already downloaded from here but not installed - little help, please?

Just noticed that this was also posted to the forum...

If anything "weird" happens to a Mac App Store installation, the easiest solution is always to remove every single copy of the program from the hard drive and then reinstall it from within the Mac App Store by clicking on "install" in the "Purchased" tab.

The MAS keeps tracks of the programs you paid for, so you can do this as often as you want without being double-charged by Apple. Regards,

I would think you'd be able to install a version form the web if you cna't update via the App store. And any registration owuld still be intact? Not sure though, just my thoughts.
No, it's a different registration mechanism.

The license manager of Amadeus Pro (web) does however include an option that allows to select a Mac App Store version and turns that into a valid license. Regards,
