Since yesterday, whenever I try using the Apple Matrix Reverb, all I get is the following:
Amadeus Pro Alert: Problems interacting with the Audio Unit. It may be corrupted.
I have not - at least to my knowledge - made any changes whatsoever to my system configuration, and up to now everything AU-related has worked without any hitches (apart from my previous post's niggling point re the closing of effect windows).
Other AUs work fine in Amadeus (Apple, mda, Expert Sleepers), while other plug-in hosts (Rax, Numerology) have no problem with AUMatrixReverb, so it cannot be *that* corrupted ...
What should I do?
Best wishes - Nikolaus

AUMatrix Reverb suddenly un-cooperative
Dear Nikolaus, this can happen if you try to apply it to a mono sound. The matrix reverb AU requires the input to be stereo... (Yes, I know that the error message needs improvement; it is a generic message, but in this particular case the cause could have been determined by the software.) Regards,
Martin
