Batch processor succeeded without error - problem with file

Post by macguy »

I'm having problems with batch processing. When ripping audiobook CDs, occasionally my reader has trouble with one of the files. This results in a stutter in the ripped file.

When batch processing the disc, I always get the message "Batch processing succeeded without error or warning", even though I can hear that the reader is having problems and the resulting file is flawed.

Is there a way for Amadeus Pro to provide more detailed reporting so I know when a there was a problem reading a file?

Converting to Apple Lossless, MPEG-4 wrapper
Amadeus Pro 1.4.5
Mac 10.6.2
Mac Mini Intel Core Duo

I suspect that this happens at the level of the operating system when the file is being read from the CD. The only thing one can do is to rip them using iTunes, with error correction activated (General -> Import Settings). Regards,
