Change pitch and speed question
Does anyone know of a way to perform a continuously variable (linear) change pitch or speed with AP? Or is there some other OS-X program that can do it? Otherwise I may have to revert to analog reel to reel tape (Oh, the horror of it).

Change pitch and speed question
I did write a small C program to do it -- used AII (probably would work
for AP) to output a raw data file and then did the transformation and
then used AII(repeat comment) to read it in. It was written for PPC so
byte order is a question to consider -- note this changes both pitch and
time together by changing sampling times so if you want a change in
pitch w/o a change in tempo or a change in tempo w/o a change in ptich,
it won't do anything for you.

Michael, Thank you again. Soundhack Varispeed worked perfectly! Just what I needed. I am using it to produce sound effects for a community theatre.

Cool. You might want to check out Tom's plugins when you have time.
