interpolation

Post by linpin »

hi,
cuse me if my question is superfluous, but anyway i have record a vinyl into a .wave file, now i wanna reduce the cracks from the vinyl. i follow the manual mark the crack and then i wanna choose effects->interpolate but this is not active. so i turned the wave file into an amadeus pro file, maybe the format is the reason, but no i can`t interpolate. what did i miss?
thanx for your help

Zoom further in and make sure that you really select the crack *only*
and not a whole chunk on either side. The "Interpolation" menu item is
grayed out if your selection is too long.
