You won't be able to get rid of the problem completely, but you mightA CD given to me to digitize was recorded with an intense tunnel
sound, (not really an echo sound), for the first half of the CD. Is
there a way to fix that with Amadeus Pro? I've tried all that I can

make some headway by using a parametric EQ to "search and destroy."
Select a high Q and a 10-20 dB gain, and start moving the hump
around. You'll be able to hear when the hump coincides with the
"tunnel" resonance. Leave it at that frequency. Then turn the hump
into a notch by changing the gain to -10 to -20 dB (or even
lower). You can vary the Q to fine-tune the result.
