I've noticed that Amadeus has gone quite some time without an update. I'm not complaining about the current version. Just like it has been now for decades, Amadeus is and continues to be crucial in my music production and vinyl transcription tasks. I've also noticed that forum activity has all but died off as of late.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't getting a little "antsy in my pantsy."
Are you just taking a break? Are you calling it quits? Is Amadeus abandonware? Are you planning an incredible, revolutionary rewrite/overhaul with a bunch of new features? Are you just in maintenance mode, making sure things continue to work as Apple's OS landscape evolves?
If you wouldn't mind taking just a couple of minutes to give us loyal customers a "state of the union," I would be grateful.
I think we all get a bit nervous when a much loved app goes a bit quite on the update front!
Last update, v2.8.13, was over a year ago now and unfortunately introduced the disappearing Marker bug.
For us longtime users with access to past personal backups of AP one can always use v2.8.12 to avoid the issue.
But for new users though it must be a bit annoying I would think, certainly the thread on these forums about it has now generated over 300,000 views to date! viewtopic.php?t=7957
Hopefully Amadeus Pro has not been abandoned but I suppose “life” happens to software developers to, and things change…
