Distorted music file after exporting to iTunes

Hello.

I got today mastered audio file (WAV) from very professional mastering company.

When I listen to this audio file (WAV) with Amadeus Pro, it plays very well.
When I do "Export to iTunes Library" and when I listen to it on iTunes then its sound is distorted. Especially low frequencies like the bass drum go distorted. What is causing this?

When I exported to iTunes, I selected "Apple Lossless" and "Preserved bit depth 24 bit".

Where did I make a mistake?

My platform:
- iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011)
- MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
- Amadeus Pro 2.7.5
- iTunes 12.8.2.3

I think that I found reason. I had a forgotten equalizer on in iTunes with pre-amp and it caused a distortion.
