Amadeus Pro won't open mp3 files

Amadeus 2.8.8
Will not open MP3 files, either by clicking on one and selecting "Open in Amadeus" or opening from Amadeus File menu. Will open WAV and AIFF.

Try clicking command-i on the unopened mp3 file to get the information panel. Toward the bottom of the panel, find "Open with:" Choose Amadeus Pro to override the default. This should work, unless I misunderstood the problem.
