Well of course one can do that, though GB is useless for doing fine editing. [...] but it would be nice not to have to move around between programs You're absolutely right on that, of course... I didn't check it out yet (neither in GB nor in Logic and I don't know about Cubase although I likely sho...

There's View menu > Settings… where you can adjust the Vertical Zoom - if that's what you mean. While we're at it though, I'd like to have a keyboard shortcut for it, because this is a function that needs to be changed pretty often in my case. As of now it's possible to alter the vertical zoom only ...

MP3 Trimmer can edit and repair MP3 without reencoding. It's not expensive at all.

Re: Problems with openning MP3 files
When I try opening MP3 file I get "Output of mpg123 could not be parsed." Running defaults write com.HairerSoft.AmadeusPro HSReadMp3WithQuickTime 1 I've seen this error with the most recent Amadeus version, too. (HSReadMp3WithQuickTime not enabled, though) I was able to import the offendi...

In Garage Band, Final Cut, and other tools, I can select multiple segments and move them down the timeline together. That way, the relative distance between them is the same, and then I can add a new track with a new segment in the right position. Why not move the project to GarageBand then? That's...

Re: Feature Request - editing
Have you tried to use the "Interpolate" function? In many cases, it would repair a small defect much better and quicker than you could do with a pencil tool. Of course I did... :) Sometimes it's good, sometimes I'd prefer to have a pencil handy. (Most of the times however - especially whe...

I'm slowly migrating from TC Spark (its development has been stopped years ago and it likely won't run properly on an Intel anymore) and its Pencil Tool is exactly what I'm desperately missing. Sometimes it's the fastest way to repair obvious sound defects quickly and painlessly. (And sometimes it's...

Perhaps not a bug, but the zoom of the Spectrum window is not very intuitive to use. Once you have zoomed in, it's very hard to zoom out to a view which I - and obviously also Babak - would expect . Possibly there's a window redraw bug...? The issue has something to do with the horizontal scroll bar...
