hi akimbo, it seems peculiar, but the clips behave different in AP than in other software. What I do in such cases: I copy the clips that I'm not going to change (or if temporary, as I want them) to another track and bounce them there, so they can be moved/adjusted all together to any direction... B...

never noticed something like this, but could it be that using cmd-T just remembers the last used duration, as it does with the parameters of other effects? I use my own shortcuts for frequently used commands, so they just behave like selected anew from the menu... What happens if you make a shorter ...

I've heard good things about iZotope's pitch/speed algorithm, but I don't know if there is any plugin using it. There should be, but they make rather expensive stuff... But I think the problem is not always the software. Tremolo by humans is almost never isochronic, or uniform in db's, so what you d...

feature wishes
I'm very happy with AP, wherefore my thanks. It would be great: - for editing, trying different effects' sets etc, if one could make multiple selections (even through different tracks) - been able to move clips along, * over * other clips on the same track - having a bit bigger couple of handles of ...

thanks CDJonah_alt, but I can't seem to find anything in the manual or the preferences. I still have the impression that it has been possible in the past somehow... :$ And yes, it is especially useful during playback and editing. Something similar happens when I extend a selection, then it rolls rig...

waveform navigation
is there a way to let the waveform move back/forwards on the screen, when one drags the playhead a/o the insertion point further out of the visible part of the waveform?
It moves like this when selecting, but this is not always handy.
Thanks

effects & keyboard shortcuts
hi, when using effects, I always prefer AU, instead of VST. Being in a certain productive routine at the moment, I've assigned a number of keyboard shortcuts to these effects (via System Preferences/Keyboard in OsX) and it works very efficiently. But today I noticed that for some of them the VST-ver...

markers numbering (multiple docs open)
Marker (auto-)numbering doesn't discriminate in which (open) document you place the new marker...
If I add marker #12 in doc-A, the next marker in doc-B will be... #13, even if it is the first marker in that document...

still something not to forget with markers...
hi Martin,
if you change the behavior of the markers, please don't change this:
if I select the audio within two markers (by opt-doubleclick) and record something in this region, the markers follow the new recording.
This is a fantastic feature and please don't change it.
greetings.

yes it is...
you can do it thus: - open a (new) file - run the DC-offset thing from the menu - open the actions window - move the DC-offset action down, from "last" actions to the "favorites" If you use it often though, I would just attach a key-combination (through the "System Preferenc...
