never mind - I just discovered the 'modify markers' in the pull down menu! DOH!

it has 50 markers in it
my AP editing window is black with a blue waveform

I have a highlighted section of audio which I 'marked as selection' I clicked off the highlight to do some editing in another part of the file I want to go back to the selected section and re-highlight it so I can copy and paste it into another document how do I do this? I just tried opening a .mov and it opened both L&R channels and played fine
