How to fix "pumping" due to AGC used when recordin
Can anyone recommend a way to fix the following problem? The Minidisc recorder I use defaults to automatic gain control (AGC) when recording. This is unsuitable for recording percussion, as the attack of the compressor is too slow for rapid, staccato sounds, resulting in a characteristic "pumpi...
