OK...I tried that and it worked...I'm used to cutting up the track into pieces and being able to move it anywhere I want....I guess I can't cut a portion of a track then move it around without saving it,right??? Also, say I want to place a portion of another song at the end of a different timeline.....

Well..I read the manual on splitting tracks and it's not a very good explanation. After I select "Split according to Markers", nothing happens except to save to a folder....then what???? If I open that saved folder, it opens in a window of it's own! I want to be able to cut a track whereve...

I just installed Amadeus II and can't figure out how to cut a track into 2 sections.... I'd like to do a cross dissolve between 2 clips...I know how to do the cross dissolve, but I need to cut the track in order to apply the dissolve....I hope I'm being clear... So far "cut & paste" se...
