VST Plug in
I downloaded the VST plug in from the Amadeus website. When I tried to use one of them I got an error message telling me: unable to open VST plug-in. One possible cause that you are trying to run a PowerPC plug-in on an Intel Mac. Another possible cause is that the plug-in uses a too old format. I h...

Hi Gerard. Yes I upgraded to A Pro. There are no instructions as to how to merge tracks. Do you select both tracks from two separate files or do they have to be in the same file . I copied one track after another and then tried to merge with previous track. That didn't work. I tried two mono tracks ...

merge tracks
I can't seem to make this work. It's greyed out no matter what I do. Can someone explain to me how to do this? I have two tracks I want to merge into one track. They are both mono. I tried GB but it seems the max for GB is 30 minutes and these tracks are 68 minutes.

No offense taken. I guess I'm going to spend some time learning GB. It will probably save time and effort in the long run because I will have more recordings like this in the future. Again, thank you all for your help. Gerard, welbedankt. Ik woon in Canada, maar heb familie in Den Haag en omstreken.

I really appreciate your help and suggestions, Gerard, Chuck and Lou. Meanwhile I created two mono files that need to be combined into one file so that I have a dual mono file with two tracks that are the same. I don't need to use the extra track for the lead guitar because it's loud enough througho...

add a track
I have recorded my band with 4 tracks. Two of those are the main tracks that have all instruments and vocals, track three contains just the vocal of one mike and track four just the lead guitar. The reason for this is to able to add the signal of vocal and/or lead guitar if the balance is out and I ...

feedback noise
Wow helemaal vanuit Nederland! I find the closer I zoom in on it the faster the cursor goes by and it's very frustrating to pinpoint the exact location. I'll try anything to get that squeel out or reduced. Welbedankt.

I will try your suggestion. Yes it does cover music I want to keep and it goes by so fast it's hard to pinpoint. Anyway, thanks for your help.

How do I get rid of feedback noise on a recording. It's rather short duration, about 1 second.[/b]
