Hello Martin, when I log into the administrator account, it says that the site license is already installed. Any ideas?

We have an unlimited site license for Amadeus Pro. We changed the way we provision default user settings and now I can't get the software to authenticate for multiple users on OS X. What is the correct way to fix this?
