Reinstall on Mac OS 10.11

I performed a clean install of Mac OS 10.11. I downloaded version 2.3.1 of Amadeus Pro and installed it (i formally had an earlier version). It accepted the S/N ok, then ask for the S/N of version 1.5. I bought version 1,5 via KAGI on 2.14.2010 and have a paper receipt but no serial number. Help ple...
