So you would first amplify the passage, then apply the noise filter, using the sample from between tracks?

Hello again. Has anyone come up with a good method for removing or reducing groove noise from vinyl records? Hello, I am finally getting back to my vinyl conversion project with Amadeus Pro. I am using an iMic into a MacBook Pro. It seems that the gain control sliders actually work in increments of 3 db and jump from 6.0 db to 9.0 db. The upper level results in a lot of clipping, the lower level seems too ...
