Hi Martin, I just tried with Q Time and got the same. Seems it could be the USB sound card I'm using. Thanks for the tip though.

distortion after 50 minutes
Hi, I seem to get distortion in my recordings after around 50 minutes. It seems to happen on several types of input. Tape cassette or vinyl records.
