This would be UNBELIEVABLY helpful. It's surprising that Amadeus Pro doesn't have this when the crummy sound editor in Final Cut Pro does at least. I am trying to adjust volume levels across hundreds of tracks and it's driving me INSANE. Please please please please add it. Thanks!

Changing AIFF bit rate
I have some 24 bit recordings, and I would like to save them as 16 bit AIFF files. However, when I go to > Save As > AIFF, in the 'Settings' it only allows you to resample say from 48000 Hz to 41000 Hz. It does not allow you to change the bit rate.
