Problems saving Audio File as MP3

Post by kboq »

Hi.
I'm having a problem when I choose to save an audio file as MP3.
When I click "Settings" button, a window opens with "Encoding Type", "Encoding Quality", "BitRate" and "VBR Quality" options disabled.

If I go on and click OK and Save as MP3, the resulting audio file is a Mono File, even if the original file is a stereo one, and the Joint Stereo is checked.
And worse, the resulting audio plays in the half speed of the original.

This is terrible because I have to use another software to export to mp3.

Please Help!!!

Is this Amadeus II or Amadeus Pro and which version? Also, what are
the characteristics (sampling rate, bit depth) of the file? Regards,

Martin
