I use the timer mode for a lot of unattended recordings. I have noticed that if I set a start time of day and Activate the timer, the Record window shows correctly the time until starting. However, if I go back to the Timer window and change to "in 10 minutes" (by just selecting the second radio button), the Record window remains as it was before. A work-around is to deactivate the timer and reactivate it after changing the wait-interval method.

Sorry, I can't reproduce that. When I perform these steps, it
deactivates the timer. When I hit "record", it starts counting down
from 10 minutes as expected. Regards,

Martin

I just checked. If I set a timer, then look at the Record panel, the timer is counting down ("recording will start in 2 hours ..."). Go back to timer panel, change to "in 30 seconds" and return to Record panel; still shows previous countdown. I can send the exact sequence of clicks if that would be helpful, but maybe it's an OS issue??

That's a bug. A workaround is to go back to the record panel and hit the
space bar, this reloads the timer. Regards,
