Hi-
Every time I try to save a mix of multiple tracks I keep getting this error message: "An Input / Output error has occured. There might be a problem with your filesystem or you may have attempted a forbidden operation. The error ID is -43."

Any help would be most appreciated.

This probably won’t be much help… sorry…

-43 is listed as a Mac OS File System Error
“fnfErr File not found; Folder not found; Edition container not
found; Target not found”
(quoted from Apple Error Codes ’98. Same code numbers should apply in OS X).

My only guess: check permissions for the folder into which you are attempting to save the mix, and perhaps the enclosing folders. Other than that, perhaps repair permissions and run your favorite file system diagnostics (Disk Utility, DiskWarrior).

Best wishes resolving this.

Is that Amadeus II or Pro? Which operating system? What kind of
location are you trying to save to?

Have you made sure you are running the latest version of Pro? (That
would be 1.3.2.) Regards,

Martin
