...maybe a poor choice of terms in a production forum, but here's my ish:

After a cursory search of the forum, I haven't found this particular problem.

I have a problem organizing my VST Plug-ins but the problem has gotten geometrically worse over the last year.

Where I once had a long list of my VST plugs, now, everytime I open Amadeus, my VST plug pull down contains another copy of the list of my original set of plugs. In other words, when I want to use a VST effect, I find that I have 10--well, now 11, lists of my early plugs and I have to scroll through all of them to get to the one new list--last month or two-- that contains my newest plug ins.

Im thinking either reinstall all those plugs or totally uninstall Amadeus and reinstall it...I just downloaded the new update but haven't installed it.

Any advice or ideas would be helpful. BTW, I have installed all available AU plugs but havent had the same issue. AU seems to be a smarter directory.
TIA

edit: reinstalling Amadeus didn't work. Is there a pref file somewhere I could delete to re-create the VST list?
