Looks like Sierra trouble was Apple's fault - all OK now!

Post by jerrykrinock »

I just spent an hour or two editing a 6-hour stereo file with Amadeus Pro Version 2.3 (1680) in Sierra, and had no trobule at all. The only difference between this session and the trouble I had a couple weeks ago is that I've now updated to Apple's "second" GM of macOS 10.12, build 16A323, which Apple published on 2016 September 15.

Conclusion from this data: The remaining trouble was Apple's fault, and they've got it fixed now. All is now great with Amadeus Pro.

Trouble is back with 10.12.1 Beta!

Post by jerrykrinock »

Everything I wrote in my previous post was true. Last week! However, today, now using the new macOS 10.12.1 beta which Apple published a couple days ago, the trouble is back! Editing a very short (30 seconds) AIFF file, I again got the user interface misbehavior, "Internal Error" warning dialog, etc. Still on Amadeus Pro 2.3 (1680). The joys of beta!

Hi, please give the version now at

(build 1721) a try. I believe that it fixes the problems with Sierra. Regards,

Martin
