ID3 compatibility with old Win Cool Edit program

Sometimes but not always my Amadeus Pro Version 1.5.2 (858) recognizes the ID3 v1 data that was previously entered by Cool Edit. I can see that this data exists in the MP3 file by running "ID3 Editor.app."

This could be a fault in the old Cool Edit. I'm just wondering if anyone had experienced something like this.

Could you send me one of the files where it doesn't get recognised properly?
Is it possible that it's overriden by an id3v2 tag? Regards,
