Good morning,

what is the scale of the vertical axis? Log or lin? How can I display the units of this axis? Is there a way of "measuring" distances of vertical and horizontal points?

Thanks for your support!

The scale seems to be linear.

Normally I use the wavestats to get info about the wave -- there is
considerable aliasing in the display so the wavestats is the safest
technique.
