No volume/pan knobs or envelope

Post by zamboknee »

I'm not seeing the envelopes for volume or pan. I have them selected but nothing.
2.0 by the way.
Thanks

Martin,
I think I chatted with you previously about this issue.
Why can't I see envelopes? I can't even see the little green dots that are, according to the user guide, supposed to be there at the end of tracks.
I've attached a screenshot from the user guide of what I'm NOT seeing on my version (2.1).
I even changed the color of envelopes to bright yellow with the possibility of maybe I'm just not seeing it.
Any ideas?
Please someone reply with some input on this issue.
Thank you

Maybe you have at some point selected “None” in the “View -> Show Envelopes For” menu? Regards,

Hi, could I please see a full screenshot, also showing the sound window itself, fully zoomed out (so that the whole sound is displayed)? Thanks,

Martin

Have you tried trashing the preferences? It is the file com.HairerSoft.AmadeusPro.plist in Library/Preferences. Please send me a copy of the file so I can see what caused this strange behaviour. Thanks,

Martin

That seems to have worked.
I'm sending a copy of the plist file now.
Thank you.

Thanks, I’ve located the problem, it should be fixed in the next maintenance release. Regards,

Awesome. Glad it wasn't 'it's just you're doing something wrong' problem. Thanks for being so accessible and prompt with these things.
