Hi...
I've been using Jack to transcribe some more Audible audiobooks for the first time in about 6 months. Maybe my memory is just hazy but it seems like the behavior has changed.
Now, I find
a) Jack doesn't see Amadeus unless a start a new recording; I thought Amadeus hooked into the computer audio on startup.
b) Every time I start a new recording, Jack has the new Amadeus file hooked to iTunes and now Built-in Audio as well. I have to unhook the internal mic every time I start a new recording. I didn't remember having to do that before.
Has something changed in Amadeus in the last 6 months that would interact like this? I haven't changed Jack in years.
As an (annoying) aside, I find that iTunes somehow disables the Chapters menu when it's hooked to Jack, making it harder to move around through the file.
Thanks
Mark

Amadeus and Jack and Audible
This has always be the behaviour of Jack / Amadeus Pro.a) Jack doesn't see Amadeus unless a start a new recording; I thought Amadeus hooked into the computer audio on startup.
This I don't know about. Regards,b) Every time I start a new recording, Jack has the new Amadeus file hooked to iTunes and now Built-in Audio as well. I have to unhook the internal mic every time I start a new recording. I didn't remember having to do that before.
