Finally moved from OS9 Amad 2 to OSX Amad pro. I still miss the features of OS9 - but it's time to move on. Here's my question - when I use Amad to open an MP3 (that has tag with the group, album, year, and song name). I do a bit of editing, then save it as an MP3 - it warns me I will lose some quality - which seems odd as the source was an MP3. But what really hurts is - there is no way to preserve the Tag text info that was in the Mp3 before I edited it with Amad Pro. Thanks!

That's bizarre, id3 tags should definitely be preserved. Could you
just give the version at <http://www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip

a try? The current version does have a bug in the Mp3 saving
function, that may be the cause of the problem. Regards,
