unfortunately, there is still no vertical scale/grid in 1.3.3 version, making poor editing capabilities.

View menu > Settings… > Vertical Zoom

(To repeat my earlier feature request: It desperately NEEDS a keyboard shortcut or a trackpad gesture!)

The version at <http://www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip>
implements an option-"+" (or option-"=") and option-"-" shortcut for
that...Regards,

Martin

Hi Martin, thanks for that!

So far it works as expected, except that "Zoom to Document" should in my opinion reset the vertical zoom as well (which it doesn't now).

How about a trackpad (scroll wheel) gesture? Option-ScrollUp/Down

And how about vertical scrolling in general? Sometimes it might be usefull to see the peaks in a vertical zoom, not only the signal around 0 %.

And last but not least, particularly while zoomed vertically, it would be nice to see a vertical scale at the left side (inf to 0 db or 0-100 %).

Thanks again, Lou

vertical scale should be selectable in dB, % or decimal

agreed on Zoom to Doc -- should put everything neatly in one window left to right should contain the entire file and top to bottom as well

scroll wheel should either move window up and down in whatever zoom amount is used -OR- control the amount of vertical zoom for zooming on in low level data i.e. looking for zero crossings for edits

also restating my wish list:
- a way to see X and Y coords when mousing over the sound file.
- and sample units on the Y (vert) axis so I can see whether I'm looking at decimal, number or percentage.
